Once again my problem stays unresolved. second complaint on helo peter. This is a joke. Please stay away from fnb how can we not help you. Called again... contact centre cant help no division can assist.... you go from pillar to post with how many cellphone charges. What i have said and feared happened. No number for the covid division... no email and messages dont go through on secure chat. i accepted the contract for extenstion but recieve a message i havent accepted the contract and its now to late. This is utterly disgusting non service. Stay away!!
