FNB - How can we NOT help

I have contacted FNB Business various times now via their message on their website, emails etc. I have contacted them on Facebook and the person working with FB already escalated it twice for me but Business desk just doesn't get back to me. I just got an sms where they say they tried to contact me - and I had not missed calls nor emails. FNB, how on earth is your moto "How can we help?" if you don't help???? I desperately need help regarding the covid 19 issue and you just don't get back to me
