Fnb how can we NOT help

i opened my account 6 weeks ago already... saturday i was told they never received my FICA documents. the bank moved my debit orders. the bank confirmed if my salary will be paid over this month and no where has anyone mentioned these documents werent received. i have sent 6 mails since saturday up and until now and still this hasnt been sorted out... i used all my airtime to get this sorted. i was cut off after 15 min on the phone today trying to sort this out, my airtime was finished... no one bothered to phone me back... i have been without money since saturday...this is absolutely ridiculous...
