FNB how can we milk you

I am utterly disgusted by FNB. SA is currently facing a lockdown. It might be extended. Yes a lot of us got paid for work done in March, but what about end April. A lot of us wont know until later if were even going to get paid. FNB was silent until today, the 30th, the day before a lot of their debit orders go off. They were just waiting. Now FNB comes out with so called relief for clients, but heres the catch you must prove you need relief. On top of that, you must spend all your minutes/airtime holding the line for the call centre to be told no, call the collections dept at your own cost. FNB was the bank that had the audacity to try and sell products when everyone was asking them for relief in uncertain times. FNB, you are a disgusting bank fuelled by your greed and self interest. You are going to lose alot of clients like this. You are dealing in bad faith and a total disgrace.
