FNB - How can we make your life miserable?

Received an sms on the 06/11/2015 to inform me that FNB has decreased my credit limit on my credit card to \help"me. Called in and got two different stories from two different consultants (unfortunately I did not take down the name of the rude consultant but luckily the second one was very helpful and said that he could not see any reason behind the decision)
Logged a complaint and had to follow up on this all the time as there was basically NO RESPONSE from card division side. The only response I got was when I complained on their Facebook page and this was basically just to say that the complaint was escalated to the department.
Eventually I called in again and asked to speak to a manager who only said that there was nothing he could do. I explained that I would have appreciated some warning as I had to cancel on attending a family funeral as a result of this. (well - basically all my planning had gone out the window)
No empathy with the fact that their decision has impacted on my festive season.
Just another big arrogant company who feels that they do not need customers"
