FNB, how can we make your life impossible?

Lodging a claim is impossible with their home insurance.

Their insurance brokers can't find my policy, so they transfer me to home loans???? Then Home loans transfers me back to brokers, then they transfer me to short terms insurance, who answers, then hangs up on me and gives me the prompts asking me to rate their service? 14 minutes later and I made NO HEADWAY in the mean time I still can't lodge a claim. I call back and of course, now my airtime is done, so I asked them to call me back, and surprise, surprise, no call back.

This is not the first time I am running into this problem
