Fnb, how can we make your life hell.

Fnb is honestly the most disgusting institution to date, please tell me how you can reject my claim. I am currently unemployed and have no means of an income. You say it's rejected because I was not retrenched but unfairly dismissed. FYI a retrenchment is or can be seen as unfair dismissal. This is a legal definition '' A termination concluded by a genuine and legally binding contract is not classed as a dismissal in the LRA. Whereas a section 189 retrenchment is a type of dismissal and may, in certain cases, be viewed as an unfair dismissal''. How am I suppose to meet my obligations with no income! Must I bleed??? Can I pay in blood?We are still in a pandemic, employment is hard to find. Employers are terminating contracts ********ly by the thousands. What is the point of all these policies if you have to bleed to claim? You will not have one customer left if you carry on like this. I'd give you a zero if I could. Anyone that works for this ********* institution should be ashamed!
