FNB... How can we make matters worse?

Firstly FNB was charging a Value Added fee for posting statements (which we entitled to) and without informing us of the charge. I was then advised that statements are free if e-mailed and now that we have set up the e-mail facility I get one stupid excuse after another. Are we not entitled to statements on the account? I'm tired of responses that make no sense. The account was set up for a non-profit organisation and FNB decides to raise unauthorised charges on the account and now refuse to provide statements. What a useless bunch!

How can we help you? The issue has been going for a over a year and FNB has made the matter worse instead of helping. I wonder who came up with a tag line that has no relevance.
