FNB How can we irritate you!

I have a FNB credit card and on the 30/01/2017 they decide to debit a non existing account for payment. I try to contact them only to be put on hold for 20 min because they don't phone back, rather waste customers cell airtime. On Saturday 04/02/2017 my credit card was put on hold and I could not use this card and then they blame me saying I didn't pay my credit card. I transfer more than the required full settlement on Sunday 5/02/17. Suddenly on Monday 06/02/2017 the card division miraculously puts through another debit against my active account, so how did that happen if FNB Card did not have the correct account to debit from? To ad insult to injury, I am now advised that I will be responsible for these fees even if though I'm the victim here. I decided to go visit my branch today Monday 06/02/2017 to get clarity and while the FNB floor manager was talking to card division, they put the phone down in her ear. I lost valuable time and money due to this thank you very much FNB. How can we irritate you!
