FNB how can we inconvenience your life!

I took out a personal loan a few months ago I paid It all off before the 3rd installment even went off. I confirmed this with FNB that my personal loan account has been paid up but yet they still try and debit me. the app says I still owe FNB. I am honestly sick and tired of being thrown around from one consultant to the next and keep getting put on hold. I am also sick and tired of the app not working properly. FNB is a failure! They do not try and help people!
