FNB, how can we ignore you and then answer everything BUT your query.

They cannot even answer a query after making you hang on for 30 minutes using the online chat which I pay a lot of bankfees for. Cecilia was clearly not interested in reading and assisting and after I told her twice that her copied and pasted answers is not addressing my query she kept doing it.
