FNB-how can we ignore you?

I'm a longtime client and tried getting help on their secure chat. More than 40 minutes later I still get messages "we will be with you shortly" just cut the BS and tell me that you have no intention of helping me. Heaven help me should there be an urgent issue like ***** or a ****** card.
