FNB ( HOW CAN WE HELP YOU ??? ) WE DON'T

ONLY cause I have to give a star else I rate them ZERO , so this is my problem I opened life cover with FNB who first messed up on the policy , but on opening I have not yet received one single EBUCK which is one of the rewards meant to be paid on having life cover , as well as funeral cover and I receive my ebucks on that but upon inquiring why I am not receiving my ebucks entitled to me I have never experienced such poor service in my life this has been going on over a month and its a blaming game where they take no blame
