When I open my account with FNB I was assured that I could exchange my coins I made to notes so I could save on banking charges. There FNB was helping me. Which didn't last long After complaining I was yet again promised that I could do this as long as the bank wasn't busy. Today when I sent my youngest brother to do the exchange as long as they were quiet and according to him they weren't. They refused. FNB not a bank that keeps their word they a bank that lies and schemes to get a customer once obtained they don't care a hoot about them</p>
