FNB " how can we help you" should be " when will we help you"

<p>I am dissapointed with the lack of service from FNB Home Loans division. As a standing client, I discovered that my Flexi option on my Home Loan was closed without any notification or warning. Due to the lack of poor administration on the bank's side, I had to re-apply for the flexi option. The requested documents was sent on 12/04/2017. On 18/04/2017 we sent an e-mail to the assisting agent, requiring confirmation of recieval of the documents, and how far along the application was. No response. We phoned the extension number several times and left messages with call back requests. After no response I decided to phone the home loan division on 20/04/2017 and complain about the lack of service. I was told that the agent will respond to my request with an answer via telephone or e-mail during the day. After the day passed with no contact from Home Loan division we contacted the division again requesting the manager's number. There was no answer on his neither the agent's extension number. I am all out of ideas on how to get feedback on the process of my request. If this is the quality of customer care, I am tempted to move my FNB accounts somewhere else.</p>
