FNB How can we help you? Really?

I am so annoyed with FNB. I received the Covid19 cashflow relief loan and still get messages that my loan is in arrears. Called loans department and are told they cannot assist I must message on the app. I do that and get told to call loans department. After messaging back and forth I get 2 email addresses one for my loan and one to cancel the covid19 loan as its to no benefit if igs not covering my existing loan. No response from anyone. Best way to get any response unfortunately is to post on Hellopeter.
