FNB How can we help you? (PS Not that we really would...)

FNB has failed yet again. Requests for responses go unheard. Emails unanswered. Attorneys are appointed to handle my outstanding account despite payment arrangements in place. And then there are different names and account numbers for the same matter. When payments are made to FNB as they always have been, the payments don't get recorded, leaving the loan account balance unchanged.

This is the 2nd complaint on HelloPeter because FNB is so siloed and lacks the ability to take accountability that no one has the power or authority to make a decision, pick up a phone and give an answer.

How can an organisation be so large yet so pathetically small in their service to clients?
