FNB, "How can we help you?".... NOT!

Despite logging 2 complaints via the FNB website and providing the requested information post my initial complaint to resolve my tax return issue, I have yet to receive communication that my issue has been resolved. E-filing deadline is this week and I will be forced to accept the auto assessment despite my efforts to have the Tax Free account issue resolved.
