FNB how can we help you? NOT
As an FNB client who started with a Sum1 and now have a Platinum cheque account I expected better from FNB! Every time I need a loan to do something in my life like pay my registration fee for an MBA I have to go to outside institutions! Why? Do I have bad credit record? Nope I have printouts from 4 different bureaus showing my history never missed a payment in my life! Does FNB do a affordability assessment perhaps to check my expenses? No just the system telling me what I qualify for a simple 5000 without any explanation whilst other banks like Capitec recently offered me 150000 even ABSA is beating FNB's offer. Also FNB'S service has fallen to the lowest standards since I joined this Bank in high school call centres not functioning, branches practically close when it's lunch time at least in my city, Atms cater for SASSA payouts no contingency measures like others banks to ensure FNB clients don't suffer, Branch doesn't even respond Non Profit organisations looking for sponsorships in our community while others Banks go out of their way whilst I proudly/foolishly advised them why don't you approach FNB. <br> So I believe it's time to move on and take all my family/friends wirh
