FNB HOW CAN WE HELP YOU? BY TAKING YOUR MONEY WITHOUT CONSENT.....

I have been having a huge problem with FNB just taking taking a huge amount of money from my debit account as they please, I have tried multiple times to enquire about it and is been put through to different people until the call gets cut off, they bother me every day from *** and letting me know my credit card is behind, once I start enquiring about the amounts being debiting from my account the phone is being dropped. I think it is rather pathetic service for the amounts off banking fees being taken besides the the above mentioned money.
