FNB “How Can We Help You” A: You Did Not!!

The last time I went on Hello Peter they were eager to call and I am going to say that they solved 1 of my issues but not the biggest 1.

The last time I wrote on Hello Peter about FNB was because I am going through financial hardship.

Yet I wanted to set up an arrangement. For my personal loan.

The lady that eventually called me advised that we agreed to an agreement of R1600.00 which is half of the Loan amount. October they deducted the R1600.00 and the full installment!! Please tell me what was the point ? I am literally at the brink of making choices thinking that living is not even an option.

It is disgusting.

Why would I set up an arrangement for R1600.00 for it to be deducted plus the normal installment ? Why ?

I’ve been having this panic attacks at night. When I think of this. It is just wrong.

And then their slogan is “How can we help You?”

Let me answer and say for the past few years when I ask for the 1st time for your help. You are not helping.. not even a little.

I want to pay R1600.00 every month as my new installment until I’m back on my feet again.

That’s all I’m asking.
