FNB - How can we help you ......
Again I am writing to complain!! Seriously getting fed up with the customer service or rather lack thereof at FNB. Again today getting a person on the other end who is so sorry you called cause now they actually have to work only to be shoved from pillar to post!!!! I am trying to find out what is going on on my Tax-Free Shares account. Is that so hard. Seriously considering moving to another bank!
