I'm banking with this bank for over 30 years , I went through covid times , didn't missed one payment not through the company and not personal, I asked online for overdraft or a personal loan , they called me back and told me a few things why I can't get one ,I told to the person to email me what they need that was over 2 months ago im still waiting, I thinking it will never happen, all those advertising and how can we help you ,for them a relationship of 30 years is nothing YOU JUST A NUMBER IN THEIR COMPUTER but its ok ,one sided relationship doesn't last long, and changes already happening maybe im just a number i wonder how many numbers will leave you ?
