FNB How can we help? What a joke!!!!!!!!!!

Since January 2021 I've been attempting to close a bank account in a Deceased Estate. After numerous e-mails from my side I've only received automated responses. FNB rep**** to my 11th request as follow: "This message was classified as SPAM and may not be delivered" . I'm super FRUSTRATED and still left with no answer/solution. HELP ME!!!!!!!!!
