FNB HOW CAN WE HELP YOU IN TO DEPT AND SHADY CONTRACT. 1ST I waNt to close my account but I can because it is arrears how I don't know cos I don't have money going in the account. Ok understand you must pay for something you don't use. Consumer protection act does not apply to FNB. 2 nd I have a overdraft I waNt to close but I can't due to this account beeing in arrears. So I waNt to pay my dept but you do not allow me to do so.
