FNB-how can we help...make your life miserable

so late march month myself and wife went to lawyers to sign papers for our second bond.Lawers i was NOT informed of that i would see.FAIL from FNB side,but yet i have \premier\" banking.Was told by lawyers of a R7000....YES SEVEN thousand rand fee i must pay LAWYERS for this process.ANOTHER FAIL from FNB.Bear in mind,it takes 15 DAYS for this process to be completed.SO...the day we signed papers i told LAWYERS my id number was wrong..THEY..being LAWYERS,made alterations,made me sign,and said it will be sent to bank..no worries.SO its now MIDDLE APRIL and lawyers contact me to raise my blood pressure by saying...FNB SENT NEW DOCUMENTS WITH AMENDED ID NUMBER,WE SHOULD COME IN AGAIN TO SIGN,THEN 15...FIFTEEN DAY WAITING PERIOD STARTS AGAIN....did I draft documents?who's head is up their A$$ here?remind me what lawyers are getting paid for again?and the cherry on the cake..MYSELF AND WIFE MUST COME IN TO SIGN PAPERS FNB ^%$#@% UP?who is going to pay me and wife time off we need to come in to sign?here is what WILL happen...15day waiting period again...one hellopeter report per 5 day period allowed...do the math,since you cant successfully do proper documents"
