FNB - HOW CAN WE HELP LEAK INFORMATION

I have logged a complaint on Monday 07-Mar-22. With regards to information with regards to incontact messaging. Transactions on an account linked to my profile has sms's/incontact messages sent to an unauthorized mobile number and not to myself. Somebody from FNB attempted to call me once and I had missed the call on Wednesday 09-Mar-22,I then received an email from the person who has tried to call me, I've responded and till to date no response, no feedback!!!
