FNB, how can we go out of our wat to give bad service

I have a homeloan with FNB. FNB offered me the opportunity to make an early payment in December. I accepted the offer and my payment went off on 21 December. I needed money from my FLEXI BOND and drew some funds on 30 December. Next thing, I get a ***** call from someone with very important information about my home load demanding that I give them personal information to identify myself (remember, they called me). I have seen enough ****s to not give out my info to any random person. Then, I get an sms asking me to honour my arrangement. I phone the bank and get informed that my payment on the 21sd was kept in credit and that I wasn't allowed to use funds from my flexi bond when there's funds in credit since the debit will be made against the credit. I disputed and eventualy said that since I do need to pay off the bond, I will pay the difference as and when I have money as I currently don't have it. The next day fnb takes a deduction from my bank account without my permission (is this even legal?). Now another day later, I get a call from a debt collector. ***? Surely this is bad practice from FNB side. I have in the last year experienced so much bad service from FNB that I have downgraded my private accounts to gold and moved my vehicle finance to the MFC. Is there a future for my money at FNB?
