FNB: How can we give you hell

FNB seems to be focused on causing distress rather than supporting those who contribute to South Africa's economy. Just two months after freezing my business account, they've done it again, affecting not just me but also my wife, employees, and colleagues. This time, it's over a transaction involving the sale of goods, which was satisfactory to all parties involved. Yet, FNB has chosen to heed the complaint of a third party unrelated to our business, freezing our accounts without justification. This action, taken on March 27, 2024, has caused significant financial and emotional strain on my business, my family, and all those involved.

Despite my compliance with their legal department, which I've been faithfully paying premiums to, they have proven ineffective in resolving this matter. Beware of the commitments you make with FNB – they seem more inclined to create trouble than to support the growth of businesses and individuals.
