FNB - How can we frustrate you

1. A transaction fee of R8.50 was charged to my account on 26 March. I tried to resolve this telephonically, however the lady call Sharon was unwilling to listen. My Netflix and Apple subscription are deducted on the 28th - thus 2 days later.

2. Change in Interest Rate as announced Why am I not receiving this benefit of this on my overdraft and credit card repayment????
