FNB how can we frustrate you

FNB again your failure to acknowledge has really annoyed me why would I take out Life cover with you when you refuse to acknowledge the 2nd call. I requested you to first acknowledge the 2nd call which was when I spoke to the underwriter and concluded my life cover. Your calls are recorded but seemingly you don't have a recording of my conversation with the underwriter furthermore alluding to the fact that I never spoke to the underwriter furthermore that I am not at my full sense when attempting to take over a life cover. I am aware of the different policies. Please you are not helping me however frustrating the situation.
