FNB "how can we frustrate you?"

FNB "how can we frustrate you?" Cellphone banking: I have used cellphone banking since it started and it was so convenient. You dial a number and get connected to your options and you can buy airtime, electricity, etc. Any amount that you liked. Then a limit was introduced so that a transaction would be rejected and you couldn't repeat the transaction with any lessor amount. And I was told that the app was much better in this regard.

FNB app: I started using the app, but now, much more limits that I have to login to the web to maintain. Fine. Then the pages don' list things in chronological order, so you try to buy electricity and you read the page from top to bottom, as I assume any person educated at a public school would only to find that the ok button is before the terms and conditions button. So you press the ok to continue only to be told you haven't accepted the terms. So you go back to accept the terms at the bottom of the page and go back to the top of the page to ok the transaction only to be told that now you have exceeded the transaction limit that you couldn't continue with before because you hadn't accepted the conditions. After 20 years, I'm definitely looking for a new bank. Thank you FNB for continually changing things that used to work.
