FNB - "How can we F with you"

As usual I have to find out at month end how FNB can EFF with my business. Why oh why do they keep REMOVING and REDUCING functionality.

I have many scheduled payments and suddenly this month FNB has decided that I can only send OTP's to ONE number. The number I don't have.

1. They only recently (last few months) started requesting OTP's when modding scheduled payments under the guise of security...yet I can pay 100k to my normal beneficiaries without an OTP but change my phone bill by 2 cents and OTP required. Half baked ideas by *********** software developers.

2. I have two phone numbers linked on my profiles, my accountant and mine. She is the primary. Now she is on leave and I can't MOD ANY of the ****** scheduled payments cause FNB has decided to only allow the option of displaying 1 "option" - interestingly still calling it "primary option"

Why the F does FNB mess with peoples money and businesses this way?! So when my staff aren't paid correctly or my telkom bills I can say sorry it's cause I use FNB...

How can I get my second or 3rd option back!?
