FNB how can we drain you!!

Today i am really disappointed in FNB, I have requested that my bank charges must be deducted from my bank account on the end of the month (salary date) however they refuse to change it and it went off this month not on the 18th but the 15th.

I am not feeling to be an FNB client anymore this is day time *******!!!
