FNB How can we.......?

So disappointed with the service. i have all my accounts with this bank. I`m trying to sort out something on my business account, I`ve been in branch.. can`t help me, I call online banking, They just tell me to go into a branch.. Spoke to business Desk after being on hold for almost 60 minutes they want to help but my call was disconnected 4 times I'm still waiting for a consultant to phone back. I`m Seriously considering closing all my accounts and moving to a different bank. I would not recommend this bank to anyone
