FNB- How can we ***** you

On 04/03/16 I went to FNB requesting R8K of R14900 odd that was in my 32 day account. I spoke to the Tableview Branch manager asking what the correct procedure was. She then referred me 2 a teller&TOLD him what to do&said he should speak to his Team Leader for further assistance. The guy reconfirmed what I wanted, I told him same as manager- they(him & TL) asked me why and I explained. They wrote this down on a printout of the transaction & I signed while reading. While reading I realised the charge was R750, so I asked why? They said they'd made a mistake & closed my account coz the manager had said to do an early redemption instead of a partial withdrawal. I asked what the charges were supposed to be on R8K they said R250, so they would reimburse me the R500 extra if I reopen the acc & return the money I didn't need. I was told to return during the week so the TL would fix the issue.I returned Friday the 11th, NOTHING had been done.So I spoke to another manager who said she would sort issue out. The next monday she sent an email saying I'd signed for the charges so they wouldn't repay me. <br> Im HIGHLY disappointed at FNB's lack of integrity and want my money back as initialy promsd
