FNB HOW CAN WE ******** YOU

I was given a temp loan for two months in a row, on the 3rd month fnb took it from me saying i dont qualify for it. I pay R160 a month for premier banking but no service from them at all. and whne i called fnb and told them to please help me, they said that they cant and never got back to me. I guess all clients are not treated the same.
