FNB - How can we break the rules today?

There is now words to express my complete dissatisfaction with FNB and there Separate Container mentality. What do I mean? Well it is simple, I am currently under Debt Review - and proceeded with canceling all my Debit Orders and creating a new account. Today 10 December one of FNB's containers decided to make a transfer from my new account to a loan account where I have stopped the Debit Order. Now you try to speak to the correct container, good luck. First of all, you have no right to deduct funds from an account without my authorization. So at the end of a 20 minute phone conversation I am told that nobody can see who did the transfer and why.. HMMMMmmmm FNB, how is this possible.. Well I expect the transaction the be reversed immediately - You have *******ly deducted money from an account where you are not authorized to do so. Don't treat me with disrespect just because I am under Debt Review - I still pay all the fees monthly just like everybody else - however after this experience I might consider moving to another bank once my rehabilitation is completed.
