FNB how can we be dishonest to you again today?

Needed to get this debit order reversed but FNB say functionality has been removed. Just got a debit order reversed last week after much of a battle where I was told that functionality was restored, now to hear fabricated stories again. FNB prize them selves in being dishonest to their clients. When I called into the gold suite I waited for an hour to speak to another consultant who never answered. Pathetic service and the nerve of the online bankers to still tell you one need to wait for service.
