FNB HOW CAN THEY NOT HELP YOU!!!!

Where is the minus star... This bank is the worst This Bank is the worst, NO customer support, If you go to the branch they say phone customer care, phone customer care you just get absolutly no no help. weeks I will be closing all my accounts. I just can not get any support from this place, why do i pay bank fees if I have to do everything myself...
