FNB - how can they help you?

FNB have still not assisted me in my quest to sort out the outstanding credit on my father's credit account. I started the process last year in June - first by going to the local branch and attempting to sort out delegation of authority. I even visited the branch in Fairland and received no assistance at all. All of this turned out to be a waste of time as the matter had been passed on to Groenewald Lubbe, who act as FNB's enforcers. Thanks for informing and assisting me, FNB. The matter is now with NCR.
