FNB "How can our Branch Manager Help you"

<p>I have had some terrible experiences with FNB. The consultants were confused and supervisor uninformed about policies and procedures. Similarly I had very little little success with the business relationship manager (altough I have to admit she did work outside the scope of her job description in assisting our business). Finally I approached the Branch Manager. She responded to my emails, she was helpful, honest, knowledgeable and experienced. It was a joy to have her assit me today A big thank you to Boitumelo Makokwe. Awesome service!</p>
