FNB, how can I not help you

How does a bank allow people to play around in their client's bank account and when you dispute, you are told to handle it with the "one that debited". When will FNB start protecting its clients? Its really getting tiring and the processes we have to go through to get assistance, especially for a person with comorbidities, its appalling. Then the bank says "keeping you safe during covid".

One other thing, I think bankers are useless because they will tell you "i am unable to assist with this and that, call this number". What is the point of a banker? Unless I have a wrong definition from the dictionary.
