FNB how can I NOT help you

On the 19.08 i got an SMS about a debit order which I haven't authorised.
Calling my premier banker right away, she advised told me that it is easy to cancel and that fees can be waived, since I was at the gym I didn't have me cards with me so I couldn't go through the authentication process. Therefore I was asked to call back when I have my cards. All well 30 minutes later I called the premier baker again (new person) and she guide me through the process of cancelling the debit order. I asked her as well if FNB could enquire how somebody can have unauthorised access to my money.
Next I checked hellopeter and saw that other had similar problems and I decide instead of posting I contact customer complaints division of FNB. All very helpful I just have to fill in a form and send it back.
Long story short: nothing happened - FNB charged me for cancelling a debit order. Still no feedback if FNB will lay ******** charges, still FNB haven't reimbursed me the fees they charged for cancelling the debit order.
So NO help from FNB NO communication - it takes them more than 2 month... really
Reference numbers
743512
PV*** - SI-745677
