I opened an Account for my Trust, and their Juristic department has been hassling me for 4 months for a SARS issue that makes no sense. They don't have a direct person to assist me, the call centre agents range from ******** to simply unhelpful, and they keep churning out Sms's and emails asking me to be compliant.
