FNB - How can I be of disservice to you

ONCE AGAIN I am ignored.......after my 1st review, I got a call after 2 days......it seemed positive. Danny sent me SOME documents I asked for. I asked if there was someone I could speak to directly about the situation and if it is necessary, could we come to an amicable agreement......just got a letter, FLAT OUT NO.......no PERSONAL touch, understanding.....just click that button and see what the wheel of 'fortune', (of unlucky), u will receive. Wrote back querying about findings in documents that were concerning and didn't add up......a week later......STILL WAITING for an answer/reply/explanation......time obviously not the essence to FNB, time is money and they are obviously making lots while we sit and wait anxiously to try and sort matters
