FNB HOUSING SUCKS!!!!!

I have been struggling for the past 3 months just to get a payment break on my bond. I have exhausted all means from the FNB App, Emails, and Telephonic calls with various FNB agents. I now feel like FNB is a useless bank. Why cant they help me when I need them most? I just need someone to help me and with FNB, it has been the worst COVID-19 pain in the ass. unfortunately, I am disappointed and wish to tell the whole world FNB housing sucks. I will tell them, I'll use Hello peter. Thanks for nothing.
