FNB housing ****s

Fnb housing,has became the most frustrating bank to bank with, I have made several calls and waited several 48 hours for them to send me the bond statements for 2021 which they are failing to provide ,my private banker Iviwe Nxele has not came back to me 7 days after waiting for 48 hrs same as Felicity Fallie (home loans) has not responded 7 days after 48 hrs ,I made several attempts to retrieve this statements, how could that bank doesn't have this statements or never sent them to me . I has became very clear that I'm being under valued as a customer to fnb.i feel like I am being ****med again by fnb housing
