Fnb housing incompetence

I have an fnb housing bond account, I been pay via payroll deduction at work for over 3 years, since last year fnb has not doing deductions on the payroll monthly as result we fall into arrears.and almost lost my home and the continue on not making this deductions and blame their IT department of sending a wrong list,to work over a year now
