FNB Housing ********** service!!!

********** service from FNB housing department, tried to fix my bond rate when the repo rate dropped got the run around from Adel Nduna, who not only took a week to get back to me but gave me incorrect information and an incorrect quote to sign, the amounts were incorrect. When she eventually contacted me she tried to make it seem like I didn't understand how the process works. It's been a week I'm still waiting for her manager to contact me according to her he was supposed to contact me last week Thursday. Call me urgently to resolve I will take this to the relevant regulatory bodies if you don't!!!
